The Surveillance Audit is conducted annually by the Konformitás Ltd. The dates of these audits are determined mutually at least 2 months prior to the expiration. The Surveillance Audits have to be conducted within 12 or 24 months from the date of the site audit. During the Surveillance Audit the modification made in the quality control and environmental control systems and in case of qualifying audits the revealed nonconformities are reviewed the client will get a report about the maintenance of the certificated status.
