An appeal can be submitted in writing against the decision of the Konformitás Ltd. to the Governing Body within 15 days following the receipt of the claimed decision. The appeal will be considered by the Governing Body within 60 days.

- the subject and reason of the appeal,
- date & authorised signature
The Governing Body’s Chairman can suggest an adjusting arrangement within his scope of authority after considering the subject and reason of the appeal in 15 working days. If within this period the Chairman cannot make arrangements acceptable to the appellant he can call for a Governing Body session immediately. The Chairman appoints a 3 member Appeal Committee who takes part in the investigation. After the investigation the Committee makes a proposal to the Governing Body regarding to the appeal.
If the appellant disagrees with the decision he can appeal for legal resolve to the Szeged County Court.
