At the Client’s request we provide preliminary consultation in person where the representative of the Konformitás Ltd. helps to fill in the Assignment Form. Should the Client not require this help he can complete the Form independently then send it to the Komformitás Ltd. The contract will be effective when the Assignment Agreement is signed and stamped by both parties.
The Certification Offer and the Information about the Certifying Procedure of Quality and Environmental Systems are inseparable appendices of the Assignment Agreement .
