The Certificate issued should be suspended if:
- a post audit is requested as a result of the surveillance audit,
- the audited organisation does not comply with the deadlines specified in the proceedings of the Konformitás Ltd. or by itself,
- objection arises in connection with the quality control and environmental control systems of the certificated organisation and it does not give adequate response for the written notice of the managing director within 15 days.
If a complaint arises relating to the quality control and environmental control systems of the certificated organisation, then they, who make the complaint, have to pay a deposit specified in the KONFORMITÁS Ltd’s Rates.
In case of a fictitious complaint the costs of the audit should be paid by the person making the complaint. If the complaint is verified the certificated organisation has to pay the costs of the audit. The Certification should be suspended until the result of the audit. At the unplanned audit the problem area is audited and after the result of the audit the managing director of the Konformitás Ltd. will make a decision about the suspension, withdrawal or maintenance of the Certification.
The issued Certificate should be personally collected from the audited organisation if:
- the Certificate is misused and despite measures given to rectify this the organisation continues to misuse the certificate,
- the organisation uses a type of logo on its product to make it appear that the product is certificated , when it is only the quality control and environmental control systems that are certificated,
- the organisation is not allowed to make a surveillance audit,
- it has made substantial changes in its system and has not informed the Konformitás Ltd of them,
- the observations during the supervision prove that the circumstances at the time of the audit are not relevant anymore,
- during the surveillance audit the auditors do not suggest to maintain the Certificate,
- the authority instructions are not observed.
The Certificates will be cancelled from the List of Certificated if the organisation does not request the renewal audit or at the time of the withdrawal of the Certificate.
